Akraeus Grid
The same questions, every contract.
Put up to 25 documents in the rows and up to 10 questions in the columns. Every cell is an answer with the line it came from — checked, and flagged when it needs a second look.
Included with the Team plan. Each answered cell uses one question.

Service credit cap
What is the most the provider owes in service credits in a month?
15% of fees
Flagged for review.
“Supplier's aggregate liability shall not exceed fifteen percent (15%) of the fees paid”
Cobalt_IT_Services_SOW.pdf, page 14
Why it was flagged: This quote caps total liability, not service credits. The credit terms in Schedule C may set a different cap.
A sample grid with fictional vendors. Click any cell to see where its answer came from.
From a folder of contracts to a table you can stand behind.
Choose the documents and the questions
Pick documents from your library, or a whole folder. Start from a template — contract key terms, IT services and SLAs, commercial leases, homeowners policies — or write your own questions.
Run it
Every cell is answered from its document, with the passage it came from. Before anything runs, Grid tells you how many questions it will use.
Review, then export
Go straight to the flagged cells, open the highlighted passage, and verify or correct the answer. Export to Excel with each value's page and quote alongside it.
Nobody reads 250 cells line by line. So every one is checked.
A table of answers is only useful if you know which ones to look at. Grid tells you.
Every answer quotes the document
An answer has to be backed by a passage that is really in the document. If the quote can't be found, the cell is not shown as answered.
A second, independent check
A separate check reads the quote and asks whether it actually supports the answer. When it doesn't — a liability cap quoted for a service credit cap, say — the cell is flagged with the reason.
“Not stated” means not stated
When a document doesn't answer the question, Grid says so instead of guessing. Gaps are findings too.
People have the final word
Verify a cell, or correct it with a note. Re-running the grid keeps your reviews, and every cell keeps a history of who changed what, and when.
Built for the documents you keep a register of.
Vendor contracts & SLAs
Uptime targets, response times, service credits and their caps, and whether you can walk away when service levels are missed.
Contract register
Effective and expiry dates, renewal terms, notice periods, governing law, termination rights and liability caps — for every contract at once.
Lease abstracts
Parties, premises, term, base rent and increases, deposits, renewal options and early termination rights.
Insurance policies
Named insured, carrier, policy period, limits, deductibles, endorsements and mortgagee, straight from the declarations pages.
Your own questions work too. Columns can be text, dates, lengths of time, or yes/no.
What to know before you start.
The limits, plainly. If you need more than this, talk to us about Enterprise.
- Grid is included with the Team plan.
- Up to 25 documents and 10 questions in a grid. Larger grids are available on Enterprise.
- Each answered cell uses one question from your allowance — a full 25 × 10 grid uses 250. Grid shows the count before it runs, and cells that haven't changed aren't asked again.
- PDFs with selectable text. Scanned or photographed pages aren't supported yet.
- Answers come from each document on its own. An amendment filed as a separate document isn't merged into the agreement it changes.
